
Install and Setup
You are required to install Github dao-vote-validator on your validator. The code is open source and you should vet it.
It installs a deamon on the validator and dose not punch any holes in you machine.
Once installed you open the xApp and now link your validator in the xApp to you validator via adding its address. In the Set Validator field, this associates the xApp with the validator.
Connected
Once connected your validators basic information, version, current ledger, state on/off line and time since it last submitted a proposed consenses ledger are shown.
If you wanted to remove the association to the validator select unlink.


Voting Section
Under the votes you are able to select any of the active amendments to vote on. Here one simple selected all the amendments you want to Yay or Nay.
(your able to select multiple of same vote out come at once)Submitting the transaction
The votes are then submitted via the XRPL its self and your validator via the deamon picks up the transaction.
It will then submit the vote(s) into the validator. No external connections are made from the validator its self.


Votes update
If your transaction was submitted successfully the vote status will change and reflect in the table.
